(Video) Local Climbs: Pete Clark climbing at Farley Ledges in Western Massachusetts

Western Massachusetts isn’t thought of as a world class climbing destination. However, with new development and a thriving community word is spreading that Western Massachusetts has enough quality climbs to keep even the most dedicated climber busy for many years. Local climber, bouldering gym owner, and WMCC (http://www.climbgneiss.org/) member, Pete Clark has taken it upon himself to help facilitate the growth by ensuring there’s plenty of climbs for everyone, while keeping access and sustainability a key priority.

  •  “Life During Wartime”  5.12+ (FA- Jon LaValley)
  • “All Your Base”  5.13c (FA- Jon LaValley)
  • “The 45″  V6
  • Right variation crack  5.8 (FA Pete Clark & Eric Parham)
  • Left variation crack  5.9 (FA Pete Clark & Eric Parham)
